Lyana Nepia is recognised as a Chiropractor by all major health insurance companies including Bupa, AXA/PPP and many others. Please contact your insurance provider to check whether a GP or Consultant referral is required.

The Initial appointment will take 45-60 minutes in order to complete a full examination and develop a treatment plan. A regular follow up treatment visit may require just 15-20 minutes. Please don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, subsequent spinal assessment and adjustments are more effectively administered.

Please download and complete the appropriate questionnaire prior to your first visit.

Lyana was recommended to me through a friend 3 years ago as I was looking for alternative approaches to dealing with stress migraines and other "desk job" related ailments. She's done a brilliant job at treating my acute issues as they come up, at the same time as working with me to fix the underlying weaknesses to keep me going happily for longer. Lyana's upbeat and relaxed outlook is infectious which make appointments a treat rather than a treatment.
